Your username is your last name. Your password is the first 6 digits of your HSMAI membership number.
Susan Smith's HSMAI ID# is 123456. Susan would login in the following manner:
USERNAME:Smith
PASSWORD: 123456
When entering your username, the first letter will be capitalized and other letters will be lower case. If Susan attempted to type smith as her username, she would not be allowed access, as the username is case sensitive.
If you have a last name with unusual capitalization or punctuation, please enter your name as you normally would type it. For example, if your last name is MacIntosh, enter it as MacIntosh. If your last name is Smith-Jones, enter it as Smith-Jones.
