In part one of this three part series, the lead authors of the first college textbook ever written on hospitality revenue management, An Introduction to Revenue Management for the Hospitality Industry: Principles and Practices for the Real World, Kim and Trevor, present their roadmap to successful revenue management. They will introduce their RevMAP, which provides the 8 critical steps and 4 building blocks leading to strategic revenue management.
